One Stop Taxes

"I filed with them & the person I filed with was pleasant during the process. However, years have gone by and I have yet to receive my taxes. I filed reports, submitted claims and nothing. I even got one lady on the phone to confirm that my taxes were never received but never received my promised follow up. Everything I call Its like starting from scratch. And I keep getting passed around to different departments. I have been very patient yet consistent during this whole thing but still have not received what I know I deserve. Be careful who you file with. If my case gets remedied I will happily remove this review."

"I was referred by a close firend and I would not refer any one to this company. I've been doing my own taxes for the last five years, the first time I let someone do my taxes I am overcharged for my prep fee and given a FAKE business on my taxes. After several attempts to get Jasmaine to refund me for overcharging me I was given false promises to fix it BEFORE the deposit date to being charged more than the first time I asked for it to be corrected. Upon reaching out to One Stop taxes there has been zero customer service going on for my problem! I normally don't judge individuals based on their social media in this situation I am 100% disappointed in this foolishness it has caused me stress mentally, physically, and emotionally! please think twice when using this company. They would rather cover their franchise than handle their business. I still am getting the run around and this is going on 2 months"

"Someone filed my taxes and had me sign them and everything but she never tuned them in. I knew something wasn't right when she would not reply to my messages. I called One Stop Taxes in GA to see what my status was since my preparer wasn't responding for no reason. The GA location said they were in their Q and just needed to be uploaded. They said they called her and asked her to please upload them but she never did. So I called them and spoke with Colin again and he said if I email them my documents they would upload them but they never did. I have even emailed them for an update but no one has replied. Everytime I call there they say Collin is on a call and they would have him call me back but he never has. Everytime he said he would call me back he never has. I even spoke to someone I think his name was Kyle who said he promised he would have Colin call me back that day and that if Colin didn't he would but no one called at all once again. The preparer also charged me 900.00 more than twice what she charged me last year and I did not even make half this year of what I did last year. Is this how they treat clients? I don't get it? My preparer led me to believe she turned my taxes into to the IRS but she didn't. I signed and she signed One Stop Taxes date Feb 13th and no one has still turned them in. So I guess I have no choice but two file two different complaints with the IRS and send them along with my copies that I have signed. I can't believe this is how they treat some clients!"
