"I Feel like The Tax Preparer didn't listen! I asked why I didn't receive the $10,200 tax credit for Unemployment since I'm Unemployed for a year. There are new laws and I feel that I missed out on tax credits that applied to me, also she didn't apply money spent for Covid-19 Supplies purchased by me. I called and asked her about it and reminded her of my inquiring about The up to 10,200 Tax Credit for Unemployment. She referred me to her Supervisor who still had not made contact with me. I understand that The IRS can correct Errors on Federal Taxes, so I'm hoping that will happen with my 2020Taxes. The Location inside Walmart is Convenient, and I wanted to File my Taxes, so I paid The $70 fee, I was given The $100 Credit for cost of Tax Preparation which is Normally $179. Hopefully I can get IRS to correct Errors and apply any Tax Credits that apply for 2020. I understand that IRS Locations are closed and are working remotely, but in The Past I've went into IRS Location in Virginia and they Run your Prepared Taxes and Apply Credits and Fix Errors. Georgia has also fixed Errors in The Past, Normally Georgia Federal Tax Assistance Errors have been small. I pay Taxes Normally and don't get a Refund, but 2020 is Different. I will follow up on Taxes. I'm not Happy with my Tax Preparation and her Supervisor hasn't made an Attempt to reach out to me. I will not call the local office location since I've spoke with her once. I expect Jackson and Hewitt to be a Reputable Organization and to follow through with what their Employee Offered and Stated."
