"A bit disappointed at the lack of organization. I expected the session to be better organized and it didn't seem that our session had been prepared in advance for our arrival. Far too much time wasted sitting and waiting while our agent checked with another agent regarding the proper procedure for preparing our return. That didn't inspire us with a lot of confidence. With it being our taxes we were hoping to have someone prepare them who had more experience. There were additional charges, as there always are, but they were not explained up front nor were we made aware of them prior to our appointment. Not a fair practice for the consumer but obviously H&R Block could care less. Our agent was a nice enough person but certainly not experienced and for what we were required to pay it was disappointing."
