"This is my 5th year in a row having H&R Block do my taxes at this location. Each year the price kept going up quite a bit but I trusted them up till now when the tax expert almost cost me $2,900 in a tax refund due to me. The mistake they made was something even I would not have done. I talked to the multi team lead and the district manager and they only offered me $100 off of the $290 charge for preparing my taxes which I did not find acceptable. I'm not using H&R Block anymore."

"I went there as a first time business started with only 2 years of taxes that needed to be done I had many questions as a first timer and my associate,while kind, didn’t know everything. Not the bad part. The bad part was while I was asking for clarification on something her “boss” steps behind me and speaks over mead if I was a child and tells her not to complete my return and walks out. She looked confused and I sure as heck was but rather than accept this behavior I decided to take my business else where. This would have been my first time using H&R Block but I will NEVER return."
