"This location has been extremely difficult to work with. Despite having dropped off documents, paying service fees, and calling back several times my taxes still remain incomplete. In my recent follow ups, I had been informed that the documents I dropped off virtually and in person were not in the system. Furthermore, I was informed the office had been closed until January 2024 and I would not be able to contact them. Through my personal network I have been connected with another tax professional but I will not be using H&R Block moving."

"The service was extremely poor. I sent my return into Mr. Miller during the latter part of May and it took him over a month to get back with me. I did not hear from him and contacted him. He finally completed the return on July 10, 2020. This delay was unsatisfactory. The return was quite simple and this could have been done in a few days."
