"Don’t go to Bridget. She wanted me to E-sign but I told her twice the information was incorrect & that something wasn’t adding up. She rushed me off the phone & said she corrected it, but she didn’t. Then after I complained, she said I did right by declining e-sign because I owe instead of receiving a refund because she didn’t enter information correctly. I requested that her manager contact me but Ms. Willis never reached out to me. H&R Block is not what it used to be years ago. People just don’t care and do not have great work ethics anymore. This was almost 2 weeks ago. I’m so disappointed."
