"Normally do my taxes myself, but this year was going to be challenging. I went to the HR Block on Monroe Road in Atlanta and Tamara Little did a great job on my taxes. She took her time and researched every element of my taxes and gave me helpful tips for next year. The entire office was friendly and I felt valued as a customer. "There wasn't clear communication on the cost I should expect to pay for the tax preparation services. I made the appointment really to have someone review/double check the work that I had already done, but ultimately the tax preparer took over and redid all my work (the same way I had already done it) and after the fact told me the cost. She also didn't speak to me much at all and thus, I didn't feel confident that I was getting an experience that was better than if I had done the taxes myself using the online program for much less cost. I wouldn't have used the service had I had all the information upfront, which I can only assume is the reason she didn't communicate with me at all, so next year I will not be using H&R Block."
