"I called and booked an appointment only to arrived. When I arrived I was told the preparer has been double booked.. she estimated the wait for 2 1/2 hours but she's unsure if I she could get to me so she called in help. That preparer was very knowledgeable. I looked at my information only the following day and it states taxes were in progress. I called to see if there was something additional needed. The same person that double booked the appointment answered the phone. She is not knowledgeable enough to answer the phones."
