"I booked a virtual appointment with another HR Block location only to have that appointment canceled and rescheduled as a phone call with a tax pro at this location. I never received a phone call during the rescheduled appointment and when I called this location to to find out why I wasn't contacted as scheduled, my call was redirected to corporate where I was asked to schedule yet another appointment with another tax pro. Clearly HR Block has a lot of internal issues that aren't unique to this location. Overall I wouldn't recommend doing business with this location."

"This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. It's been a year, and my problems remain unresolved. Initially, Philip Autrey misplaced all my crucial tax documents, including multiple home closing statements and W-2s (these were never been recovered). I then reached out to Maurice Robinson (Manager) for assistance, but he clearly did not care to help despite my numerous emails and calls. I only spoke to me twice over the phone. Although he promised to help retrieve my documents and obtain a refund for the penalties incurred due to H&R Block's errors, he never followed through. It's clear that H&R Block, especially Maurice Robinson, the district manager, lacks concern for their customers. Even after receiving a refund after I paid thousands of dollars in penalties months prior, it was incorrect, leaving me still owed around $400, with no response from them to rectify the situation. THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY!!!!! Avoid this place if you value peace of mind."

"This was and still is an awful experience… do not use this company. First, they lost all of my documentation that should have been scanned and returned. Then, they proceeded to not file my taxes. Now I am facing late fees and they have not responded to me on paying those fees. Their manager has not been responsive and this has been a complete nightmare. Not to mention they still have not found my multiple documents so my personal info is just floating who knows where. If you want to sleep well at night DO NOT use this company."
