"If the only bad thing about this place was the rat poop all over my stuff, I would not be writing this. The storage unit works how it should but when we got our unit there was someone else’s belongings left inside it already and now that we are leaving they are making us move the rat poop covered belongings that are not ours and if we don’t move it we get fined. Why is it our responsibility to deal with the belongings that are not ours? Edit: you did not find my name in the system because I shared a unit with a friend"

The staff are very courteous and friendly, and if I can't make my payment through my bank right away I know I can call Erica (who knows me by face and by name) and have my payment taken over the phone.
