"The worst I ever had. That is because I had the best CPA for so long until they sold the business. Therefore, I have experience to compare with. After my former CPA retired and sold their firm, I searched and found Nelms CPA. The first year was good, and everything else downhill from the 2nd year when he hired some associates to fill our taxes. He didn't even review the YOY analysis and left us to review on our own. We understand that all Tax-CPAs are busy during the tax time, but that is the primary part of your JOB in taking care of the clients who hired you and trusted you to fill tax-returns on their behalves. If you reach your capacity, then don't take anymore fillings and be super serious and super consciences (in every single case) of this very important matter in taking care of people's tax returns."
