"This was mine and my brothers first time using this particular location and if i could give this place a zero i would. We worked with David Thomas. The first time we came by we paid the H&R fee and charged my brother twice - everything was paid when we left so we had to come back to fix an incident with our insurnce and they charged me and my brother another $35 since they treat everyone that comes back as a new customer…. when it was time to pay, they claimed my brother never paid the first time and after showing the proof that it was taken out - David and the receptionist said they would handled it with the manager and said our taxes will come in within 3 weeks and until this day my brother still has not received his taxes and it’s been almost a MONTH. This is horrible business. I had to email David to see what’s going on and still asked me to show him proof and once it was SHOWN AGAIN - still no response from David. HORRIBLE."
