This location used to be great, but now they literally have NO ONE who knows what they are doing! 2 yrs in a row they have messed up our taxes and we received way less than we were supposed too because the IRS had to adjust our return. We even pick a different person to do them from last year because the lady messed up our taxes by $1,000. This year it's almost half what it was supposed to be. Unbelievable!!! We have NO money and desperately needed every penny of that $. 3 yrs ago they were great. Now I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!!!"

"the store I filed with is “temporarily closed” whatever the hell that means. Apparently my taxes were transferred to this location. I’ve left countless msg’s. With no return phone call and I find out today my taxes that I was told we’re filed 3 months ago haven’t been filed.. waited on hold for 3 hours with customer help lines to try and solve it. Was told there was nothing they could do to help me. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH H&R Block!!!!!"

"Michelle Collins was just the best! We've used her twice already for our taxes and she has been helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, honest and so friendly! The woman at the front is also amaziiiiinnggg (I can't remember her name)!! Both last year and this year we took our two kids with us (ages 9 and 8) and she was absolutely wonderful with them! She was so kind, patient and she even played with them! She kept them busy so we could concentrate on what we were doing with Michelle. They also always have snacks and soft drinks / water for their clients. They really have such an attention to detail at this office. I'll definitely keep coming back!"
