"I love my tax preparer, Mrs. Barbara Simmons. That's why I have continued coming to H&R Block for several years. To be quite frank, it's really the only reason I still come to H&R Block; Ms. Simmons has the perfect melange professional and amicability. However, something as changed with the overall service. For example, the day my taxes were prepared, Ms. Simmons was the only person serving clients. That's right; no one else was there. She had to stop to help people which I totally understand, but it meant that I spent almost three hours at the office. Additionally, because my fee is usually several hundred dollars, I have always opted to come in and pay later. Of course, I have made it before April 15th, but this year, I received about three calls already. Lastly, today just wasn't the best. HR Block must choose the best and most knowledgeable receptionist. I came in to pay because I had been promised a 10% discount. When I arrived, she did not know how to help me."
