"I have always used this supplier for electrical needs. I placed a order and never got my items and I was told I would be charged a 60 percent restock fee if I choose to get a refund l. I never heard of such a policy. Customers service kept giving me excuses and pushing off delivering date. Unfortunately I will no longer use this supplier."
