There seems to be a greater attention to the finer aspects of customer service, call backs, techs explaining things to clueless spouses and best of all, honest techs who say “There’s nothing wrong, just a few minor adjustments…”. When my wife and I bought our home in Smoke Rise almost seven years ago, Allen Pools was the only service that responded to our call for help. We used Allen for openings and closings, pool resurfacing, repairs and a new heater. Based on our recent experience with Allen, we look forward to doing more business. Thanks. "We used Allen Pool for a number of years. No major problems but many small ones. That changed with the opening of our pool this spring. The pool water was black. Allen had done the closing last fall. In the 30 years we have had the pool we have never had any problem such as this. Talked to Cliff, owner about the situation and he assumed zero responsibility for the poor closing last fall that caused the problem. He kept talking about the 400 pools they recently closed. Found that questionable since they aren’t that large. Tried to work situation out with him. Just flat refused. Claimed the problem was due to us not utilizing their winter services. Never had any problems like this Cliff has zero customer focus. If you check their reviews on other sites the majority are from many years ago If you use Allen be VERY careful or use some other company"
