"Would not advise using this specific office. When taxes were originally filed, I had to correct my own taxes due to child tax credit not being filed correctly-if not had corrected would not have received credit. After still not receiving taxes after 3 months tried to call preparer and was stated a return call would be made. Never heard from preparer so had to call again a week later. Upon call asked why taxes were being held and the preparers acted like it was an issue to look into what the issue could be. Although that is what their job is required of them. Services being paid for. Upon investigating the IRS had changed amount being refunded and preparer found it amusing that she had to actually do her job to find to issue. The taxes being on hold is not the issue. The issue is the preparers acting as it is an issue to be your representative after being paid for the services. Just a friendly reminder to make sure you pay someone who will hold to their end of the services."
