"The tax preparer was nice, pretty knowledgeable and courteous. It’s the prices they charge that are ridiculous! I had to file federal and Georgia return. I am on disability so it’s an easy return. I had ONE investment with ONE mutual fund that had capital gains of less than $50 and dividends less than $5. The amount of my return was over $500. No where is there any price information listed before you go or when you get there. I had tried to use Turbo tax but for some reason it wouldn’t work on my computer which is why I went to them. It will be the last! I do not recommend them at all."

"I will never use them again. I have been a customer for 13 years so that is sad to say. When I went to do my taxes this year the lady asked if we had market place insurance we told her that we are not sure but it was the same as last year. She said she didn’t see anything so went ahead and filed our taxes. We then found out that we needed a extra form because we did have market place. So Jackson Hewitt had to do an amendment. So instead of getting the refund in 21 days. We have to wait 6 weeks or more. Oh did I mention they also charged me another 50 dollars on top of the 400 we already paid. Now because she didn’t take the time to check for us that we had all of our forms we had to take out loans because we didn’t get our refund. We our drowning in debt. That is the thanks we get for being a loyal customer."
