"Horrible Curbside Experience. You would think this would be easy. It's all paid for and there was only one small item. I have been inside the store and was treated very kindly and the guys were super helpful. The guys in this place are really good, but this time and this woman.... just ew! I was in some pain and decided to do curbside this time and after over 20 minutes no one came out. I called and when she came out she had an attitude and told me when they get a curbside they aren't notified and i should call the store. 1. I don't believe that 2. Even if true, how's that my fault, what's with the attitude? I'm the one that should be mad! I'm sitting out here for 25 minutes for one item! I'll go elsewhere from here on out."

"Great place love coming in here to shop. The employees are why I like to come in and shop. The manager was proably the best part of the experience had a lot of knowledge and had a smile the entire time. I wish more places was like the vitamin shopp."

"They have a nice store with a huge selection of wellness products but when you walk in and are completely ignored despite being the only customer it really makes the visit annoying. I looked around for about 4 minutes for a product the website said they had but couldn't find it. Finally had to interrupt the only employee counting bottles that ignored me initially to find the product. Went and stood at the counter to wait for her to finish doing her job, obviously not customer service, to be rung up and left. I will not be back. I will order my vitamins on amazon where at least you don't have to ask for help. To quote an old expression...you only get one chance to make a first impression. Your business failed today. I know finding workers is difficult and you probably don't pay much but this level of customer service will ensure you don't need them anyway because somebody else is out there selling your same products and our money spends there just as easily."

"Very disappointed by the rude and careless attitude of one worker. I attempted to pick up an online order this Thursday, only to find out that it had been canceled. A young worker attempted to assist me while the more seasoned worker (possibly manager) pretended to act busy and ignore me. The young man suggested I re-order the item online, if I wanted to keep the sale price. He said it should come through rather quickly, double checked with the manager who also agreed. After waiting 15 minutes in store and 30 minutes in my car, I called in to see if the order was ready. I was told by the older gentleman that my order was still not ready. I preceded to ask if he had a time frame of how much longer it could be. He was very rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. He offered no other solutions. Not even a price match, which I have received before. I ended up coming back the next day to get the product. Very inconvenient and unprofessional."
