"Bought both a lawnmower and stihl chainsaw from them. Everytime I go in its an issue, wrong part or no your not under warranty, oops yes you are or free delivery then no its not to bad saw filing. I actually had to tell them the part number once so they could find it."

"I was sold a Gator by the service manager and it was delivered to me by the company employee but it doesn't work. The brake is locked and the transmission/gears grind so it has major issues. The Gator was at the dealership and he was in uniform when I went to look at it. He did the brake for me and I drove it and it seemed OK. I have proof I can't use it by the hours."

"This place is awful. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else. I wish I could give negative stars. I bought a tractor last April 22’ that was supposed to come with a backhoe. We were told that the backhoe would be in stock in a week or two. After a couple weeks past I followed up because they definitely don’t and was told that the back was going to be in sometime in May. May came and went so I followed up again. I was then told that it was coming in September. I told Adrian then that if I had known I would never have purchased the tractor. I needed it for work and was forced to continue to rent equipment with no compensation from Ag-Pro. Well, September came and went so I again followed up and was told they didn’t know when the backhoe would show up. Fast forward to January 23’ Adrian calls and says our backhoe has arrived. They picked up the tractor and were supposed to install it and bring back the tractor. Nearly 2 months have past while they have my tractor at their facility. I’ve called multiple times and my wife has done the same. I’m being told that parts are missing so they can’t install the backhoe. However they can’t give any ETA on parts or return my tractor so I could use it in the mean time. I’ve spoken to multiple employees all the way up to management at the store (corporate numbers are a dead end) and haven’t even received an apology. Save yourself the headache and all of the additional rentals you will have to incur and go over to Kubota dealership!!!"

"I was raised on a John Deere but this location had me looking at anything but! The place doesn’t even seem to want to sales. We have sent messages, made visit and are ready to purchase but those in sales never follow up. Our zero turn was on the repair department for a year when we we were told on day one they had the parts ready in stock were set to work! This is the only local John Deere dealer. We need to up grade to a heavy duty tractor but can’t even get them to sell an augar."
