"Your typical Publix. Produce was fresh and being restocked while I was there along with other aisles. Busy as usual, but what store in ATL isn't? Overall a good experience."

"Deli staff is absolutely terrible. Placed an order online for a sub (1 sub) at 6p. Set pickup for 645 figuring that would give enough time for prep. Get there 15 min after it should have been ready, nothing in the pickup area. So go wait in line with 5 other customers. 1 person making sandwiches for a customer. 1 person breaking down the hot food line. 2 people back in the corner talking. None of them acknowledged customers in line or would even look up, out of sight out of mind I suppose. Waited in line for 30 mins. Still 1 working, 1 now pretending to break down the line but watching his phone hidden on the counter behind the scale, and 2 still standing around trying to look like they’re doing something. The line is now 9 deep, all yet to be acknowledged. I left and am now at the customer service counter to hopefully get a refund since I was dumb enough to pay in advance. Last time I ordered a sub from here, got there to no sub yet again, but was told there was no more bread (2 hours prior to close). Wasted my time for the last time."

"Deli team needs a class on customer service and should probably take the time to train their staff on their menu items. There's no reason that I should have to explain a menu item to the team. And if the team doesn't know their own menu then at the very least they should have a teachable spirit and impeccable customer service. But that is not the case at this particular Publix I came to order a sub the sandwich maker didn't know what the menu item was and then proceeded to argue with me over every ingredient I attempted to add. In the end I left with no sandwich and disgusting taste in my mouth from the experience. Drive a little down the road and just go to the Brookhaven Publix."
