"This was the most unfriendly place I have encountered in a very long time. The lady was Extremely Rude and Unhelpful. I am also a self storage property manager and I would never treat anyone so Rude. If I did not need this unit ASAP I would not rent here COMPLETELY BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE LADY YOU HAVE AS A FACE OF YOUR COMPANY!!!!!"

"So to rate metro storage would not be fair because it is only because of this employee that works here now, of which i still don't even know her name, All I know is that she is the rudest person. I have ever encountered in my life at any establishment or personally. To think that she works with Daryl is crazy to me. Because they are total opposites. And I've never had a problem with Daryl. As hard as I can be to deal with sometimes. He has been patient and works with me. And I have nothing but good things to say about him. To make a long story short I tried to pay this employee my storage twice. I let it go The first time but this time it cost me $300-$500. First I called Sat.am to see what time they closed, she said 4pm. So at 330pm when i was on my way i called to let her know i would be there, i Couldn't get anyone to pick up, so... I proceed to get there at quarter to 4 and she already had the door locked and had a total attitude with me from the minute. I walked in the door and I apologized profusely telling her. I was extremely sorry that I was running so late but I had to get this paid. It was very important.. With nothing but attitude, she proceeded to tell me that we needed to hurry up because she had an appointment at four thirty and she had to leave, what?, What wait a minute you told me you closed at 4 Now you tell me you close at four thirty so you lied to me?? Nothing but attitude from this woman. Well, there was a misunderstanding with the money and I was $10 short so I asked my boyfriend to go down the street to the atm. Oh that was a mistake because that was attitude worse than ever. Needless to say, she refused to take my $462 I lost out on $300-$500 over the weekend, but she got to her 430 appt. Btw, it was only 4:10pm at the point where She told me I would have to come back on monday. Daryl You're not allowed to have any more days off!!"

"Staff iwas very professional and helpful. The units are well maintained and clean with easy, safe access. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to the price increase other than that give Metro Storage a try!"
