"17 Apr I have spoke with LUND warehouse, on 16 Apr, in regarding a hood protector I ordered that arrived broken, and was assured that it would be shipped on that day. Did not happen! Lund will tell their customers what they want to hear to get them off the phone when it comes to replacing items that are broken due to their negligence in packaging! I wonder how long it will take to receive a replacement and if it too will arrive broken! 10 Apr I ordered a hood protector for my new 2020 Ford Escape, through Auto Anything and it arrived broken! There wasn't any packing in the box that was two times the size needed! I notified Auto Anything and as requested sent them a picture of item. They will let supplier (LUND) know. I ordered this item for my upcoming vacation to protect from road debri. I called LUND to inform them of this situation and the agent refused to listen to the fact it wasn't packaged correctly, she stated we box ship them all the time time! She wouldn't take the order# number or PO to help expedite this matter! Is this how LUND treats their customers? I only hope I get the new one unbroken!"
"Purchased a tonneau cover in 2016 for my pickup truck from Lund International through Amazon. Over time it had shrunk in the sunshine. It was not sticking on the velcro on the sides anymore or stretching around the edges. Contacted Lund through the seller portal on Amazon. I got a response from Joe C. He put into motion solving the problem. In less than a week I had a brand new cover sitting at my house. Totally blown away at how fast of the response and the outcome. Will be buying another cover from them for my new truck. Thanks."

"Can't get them to send hardware kit that was left out of the box. I call and they tell me I have to order it online. No manager available to talk to. Two weeks and still waiting. I ask for a return label to send the product back and was told they can't do it by phone that I have to go online and fill out a form."
"I purchased a Stampede hood deflector online. It arrived on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and couldn't wait to install it on my Jeep. When I pulled it from the box there wasn't any mounting hardware. I thought surely I just overlooked it and tore the box apart and then the plastic wrap from the deflector thinking it may have been wrapped up in the deflector. It wasn't. I tried to call and they were already closed. They were closed the next day, on Thanksgiving, which I would expect. They were also closed the day after, on Friday. I tried calling Saturday and they were closed on the weekend as well. I finally reached someone on Monday and was told they would ship it out and should have it in "fourish" days. Where I work we ship parts and product overnight if we miss something in an effort to retain customers and attempt to make up for our shortcoming. I don't know why Lund doesn't do the same. I ultimately got the hardware one week and one day after I received my deflector. That's far from acceptable. I won't be doing business with them again. I can buy Jeep accessories anywhere."
