Office Depot 3230 Holcomb Bridge Road, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

"This Office Depot STOLE from me. They are thief’s and have absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service, only to be directed back to the offending store. Why would I return to a store when the manager was aware of the problem, was rude to my husband and did not even fix the issue in real time? I paid for envelopes for invitations and did not receive them. The curbside pick up should be removed as an offered service- as you will still have to call the store multiple times- and STILL not receive curbside service. Don’t bother with this location or any other. This company should be ashamed of the lack of service provided. I will never spend another dollar with this horrible business in any capacity. I was told multiple times a manager would contact me. Never heard from anyone. I tried to give this company an opportunity to make this right. Instead, I will warn anyone and everyone to stay AWAY from these crooks. Edit to add: the social media email reached out 1/22/24 stating the stores district manager would contact me directly within 24-48 hours. No surprise, no one has reached out to me. I followed up 1/29/24 - NO response DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! Absolutely horrendous service from in person to online."

"I was appalled by the lack of service I received here this weekend. I placed a SAME DAY pick up order earlier in the morning that was guaranteed to be ready by 5pm. Upon showing up around 7, the store manager rudely and dismissively told me it was not ready and would not be able to tell me whether it would be in the morning or not. I understand that things happen and stores may be short on employees, but a phone call about the delay would have been nice so that I could place the order elsewhere. Additionally, the same store associate was disrespectful to me the entire conversation. He was very unprofessional and when I asked to speak to a manager, he just rambled off names and told me to call corporate if I had an issue, which I will do. I try to have patience with people but feel I was treated very disrespectfully and dismissively from the moment I walked into Office Depot."

"The staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them when I asked where certain items were located. I encountered 3 of the staff and they were all quite rude. I usually go to my store in Stone Mountain, and I will NEVER go to this store off of Peachtree Industrial again. I just happened to be there and thought I would pick up what I needed. RUDE, RUDE staff. The poor guy at the counter had no clue and was not "people" oriented at all. I can appreciate offering jobs to folks that really need them, but he has no people skills, bless his heart. Perhaps put that person in a "stock" situation untill he can get adjusted. He was obviously out of his element and I have great compassion for him. The management NEVER should have placed him at the front counter during Christmas. He was NOT comfortable and it made everyone else in line wait for a LONG, LONG time. Not that sweet boys fault at all."

"Walk-in prices higher than published online prices. My wife says this is not unusual, but it’s the first time I’ve encountered it with a big chain store or maybe anywhere. Item prices in-store will be considerably higher than what Office Depot publishes on their website. It happened today on a small item, an HP 64 ink cartridge, that Office Depot lists online at $20.99, the online purchase price for pick up at this Holcomb Bridge store. Instead of ordering online, I knew I’d be driving past that location and would simply pull in to purchase. In the store, they rang it up at the register as $23.49. The first time I ran into this was a couple of months at this same store, for a roll of plastic shipping wrap Office Depot listed online for $25.99. When I went in person to purchase it rang up as $40 & change. I caught it and it was a big headache to adjust the price to what had been published on their website but they honored that price. On today’s purchase, the sales clerk said that “it is what corporate wants them to do” and “they have no control over the pricing. The only way to get the lower price is to purchase online for pick up.” Seems like the online transaction is more expensive for them. Maybe corporate just too eager to add customers’ personal data to their system. Fair enough, but reeks of bad business for a big store chain. Soured me on Office Depot to where I’ll do my best to avoid doing business there from here forward. I have not run into these price variances at either Target or Home Depot. What they publish on their website is the same price as marked in the store."

"There was a young female employee that helped me at the Norcross Office Depot. I couldn't find any of the items that I wanted. I asked her each time where the item was that I needed. She was so kind and helped me find each item. She had so much knowledge of items in the store. When the clerk at the register couldn't find the last item for me, she came up and showed us immediately where it was. She deserves a promotion. If it wasn't for her, I probably would have left the store without finding what I needed. There was no other employee helping customers on the floor."
