Tires Plus

"Extremely greedy, trying to scam you and get every dollar they can from you. call them in the morning they say my tire replacement is gonna be 400, when I get there I mistakenly tell them that i need to be outta state within a few days and they call me after I leave saying the tire is now 700, and of course I tell them imma go to a different shop when I come back to pick it up they say they will not allow me to take the car its too much of a liability. Which first what liability do they have for me driving my car .5 miles down the road and what right do they have to say we legally cannot move my car. Just want more money so they can tow it. Once I made it an issue he then said he highly recommended it being towed. Never go here go to a shop that won’t lie to you or just want money it’s very unfortunate that they acted like this once they knew I was in a hurry to get a new tire."

"A friend had to go their with their own mechanic to get them to do the ANYTHING re the damage Tires Plus did to his car. They have mechanics there that are not experienced with bmws and broke his car. They then proceeded to tell him how much it would cost to fix it---the damage they, Tires Plus did to the car. It ended up costing him a couple thousand dollars. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE."

"Tyler was awesome and did his best. Tire had a puncture and they were able to take care of it with no issues. Wait was long but didn't mind since customer service was great."

"Customer service sucked. Had an emergency flat tire on the way to work, pulled in here limping hoping to get it back on the road and back on my way to work. Tire wasn't in good enough condition to patch, so when i asked if they could swap the spare for me, drive i needed to get to work, told me it would be $20 and at keast an hour to do it. Used to be able to get some help when in an emergency. Guess not from here. Didn't know swapping a spare would be so difficult.... Won't go there again"

"I called and came in 20 mins later from Dallas my daughter works in buckhead. Atlanta streets are garbage and we needed to replace 1 tire due to pothole. With warranty I decided to replace 2 and got a great deal. Was in and out in an hour. Thank you for the customer service even while short staffed."
