"I am a frequent visitor to Hobby Lobby and have always appreciated the quality of art supplies available at the store. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with the cashier at the register. She engaged in a tiktok conversation that had nothing to do with me and was quite rude throughout the transaction. I felt that her behavior was overly aggressive and inappropriate for interacting with customers. Regardless of whether it was intended as a joke, I believe that such behavior is unprofessional and should be reserved for interactions with family and friends, not customers. I hope that Hobby Lobby addresses this matter and emphasizes the importance of providing respectful and courteous service to all customers."

"Update. Just recently went to Hobby Lobby on Dec 23 2023 since my daughter wants to learn how to sew. Jacinta was very helpful and patience with us since we did not know anything. She made sure we got everything needed to put together her first project. We appreciate your five star service."

"I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Hobby Hobby, specifically with the framing department and their employee, Roger. My disappointment stems from the poor customer service I received. Initially, I was promised a completion date of October 5th for a restretch job. However, my troubles began when I visited the store on October 3rd to inquire about the status of my framing job. When I mentioned the expected date to Roger, he didn't take the initiative to check in the back or show any interest in my request. This lack of professionalism was disappointing. Today, on October 5th, when I returned to the store, Roger while looking up my name in and system and next looked at his watch, still exhibited no sense of urgency regarding my framing project, even though it was a straightforward restretch job. This marks the second time I've been let down by the framing department at this location. Ultimately, I had to escalate the issue to the Store Manager, Randy, who then instructed Roger to finally begin the work. It's evident that my time wasn't considered valuable during this entire process. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Roger and the framing department. To later address the matter of compensation when the job was finally complete, I again approached the Store Manager, Randy, but his response was shockingly unprofessional. He literally walked past me and spoke to me with his back turned. It's clear that my concerns were not taken seriously. Upon my checkout I noticed my bill was not adjusted, the cashier had to page Randy and then my bill was adjusted. I reside 30 minutes away from this location, I must find another store."

"I want to give them 5 stars but I can’t. This is a very good craft store. However the customer service clerks are helpful but not often available. Whatever that means. Some of the shelves are empty and many items that should be in stock aren’t. There is also a issue with the pricing. Many of these items can be found online much cheaper. All in all this is a decent crafts store that I will continue to frequent from time to time."

"Probably the first hobby lobby I’ve seen that is fully stocked and has really good sales ! Store was clean staff was nice. The lines weren’t long either. I’ve always had that problem of long lines at hobby lobby and only one cashier checking out. But I walked right up, they told me which register to go to and someone checked me out in less than 5 mins. My new fav hobby lobby."
