"They did an amazing job and was able to meet a very tight deadline of only 2 days for my Airbnb that needed a new floor after carpet was removed. When they came to do the install, the rep was very professional and explained the entire process of how the floors would be installed. He also let me know what exactly I needed to buy from the flooring store. That same day I purchased the floors and confirmed with them via phone that it was the correct materials. They are very responsive to text/calls. The next day they came to do the install. I wasn’t even there for it. I just let them in remotely and when I got back they were finishing up. They sealed off the other room which I really liked because otherwise it would’ve been a mess from the demolition. My only encouragement is for the company to implement an end-of-job checklist for the job supervisor to review with customer once job was over. Also, have team members wear company at shirts to identify them professionally. They replaced out floors upstairs and the stairs as well. They matched the stain for stairs with color of Lvp perfectly. I recommend Prestige Premium Flooring."
