"Had a part replaced in April. Ac began acting weird this week, not even 60 days later. I called the same company I've been using since I moved here and I've enjoyed their services so far. The gentleman came out and was on site for 10 minutes-according to video. Stated my thermostat was not operating correctly and my filter was dirty but ac checked out. He did not check both parts of the split unit. 3 days later it quit entirely. On a Saturday in late afternoon, 90 degrees out. I called the company again, they stated someone could come tomorrow. Cool, yea it's nice to sleep in the sweltering heat. I'm really going to enjoy it. I was willing and able to pay the after-hours fee to them but I'll just call another company now. Thanks ✨ 0/10 do not recommend"
