"I purchased a solid surface tub from them first Kan explained the difference of tub material because I was looking for a stainless steel and one my husband can stretch out in because my he is over 6 feet she showed me this tub and I fell in love he got in and it was perfect the style is beautiful. She kept the tub for us 4 months before we picked it up and never charged us a storage fee. She was absolutely great to work with I would definitely recommend buying a tub from her the tubs she sells ii high quality and she takes her time to explain the difference in quality style price look and material she lets you get in them so you are sure it’s the one for you. "We bought a free standing bathtub from Canyon Bath when we remodeled our bathroom. Immediately after it was installed, I noticed that the rim of the tub began to flake. Upon inspection, I discovered that rust was existent underneath the enamel coating. Canyon send a rep out to inspect the tub, and he said that it came from China, and that the rust was most likely from salt water. The owner said that she would send me a new tub, but that we would be responsible for returning the old one. The problem was that it took 5 men to install the original one. She was very rude and insensitive to our predicament, and did not offer to have someone remove the old one and install the new one. We decided that due to the inconvenience and expense of hiring someone to reinstall a tub, we would just keep it and hope that no more paint flaked off. The local plumbing supply company (Monroe, GA) that ordered the tub was absolutely no help in solving our problem."
