"One of the worst shipments I've ever received in 10 years. Even the driver stated that items have been rolling around until he finally stopped and strapped them down. I filed a claim for damages but missed the fine print when I signed the delivery notice. Stating if you sign you acknowledge items are in good condition ( Even though I clearly stated to the driver I was going to contact the shipper about damages). I took pictures immediately as they were coming off of the truck but this scam fine print protects them from any liability. I'll make sure to post this as many places as I can and ensure that I never use these guys again."

"The guy delivered to my T-mobile store and left my package on the curb. He had no consideration in trying to bring it inside. I asked him could he pull around back and he was like I’m already here now. Also he was on his headset during the time and when a female customer walked in he continued to try and pursue her attention. I was unable to assist him at the moment and so was my other coworker, so we could not help him with the package. But that gives him no reason to leave a whole package on the curb."

"Had 2 different people up there knowing I was on the way to pick up a package. They put it on a delivery truck anyway and I drove 3 hours for nothing and all they could do is say sorry. Sorry doesn’t pay the bills. These people lack communication skills and they really don’t care because they have no one to answer to."

"Today- I'm make a note to remind me to never use R & L carriers again! Especially if you or your company rely on your products being delivered to be profitable. Terrible customer service, a dispatch supervisor that seems to care very little about you or your customer and for that matter- wether they deliver your pallet or not. And drivers that lie and say they went to a location, or couldn't find a location that anyone with a map or a simple gps could locate. But R & L dispatch or driver never took initiative to use a cell phone to call the customer or point of contact, nor did they shipper to say "hey we got a problem, what should we do ?" There are some good trucking companies out there, that care about the shipper company & the end user, but R & L is not one of them."
