Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I'm starting to regret being with this bank I've had money taken off my bank of America card when they should've verified with me ....I can never contact them through the phone this bank took my money to start my account now I'm trying to figure out why I cannot make an deposit or transfer and it's not showing in the system my account I've been calling every day morning till night and no answer I'm getting ready to call the sheriff's department the news and make a serious complaint and see if this can be investigated if I don't get an answer"

"I came here early and their was a person at the front her name is Ana and we came early to open a new account and she told us that they close at 4 and that to go to another Bank of America and there was no time, I don’t know how you guys have people that work like that, if you can’t do customer service then you should work with animals."
