"I ordered door cards from the website a week later they called and said they were backordered and wouldn't ship until a few months later. 30 mins after that they called back and said the price doubled and wanted me to pay the difference. So basically they didn't have the part at the price advertised on the website and were unwilling to work with me to try and find a solution. Try Autokrafters if you need maverick or comet parts. Just to clarify after they posted a response I ordered the door panels. Put all my credit card info in and all and then got a call they wanted more money I didn't have an issue waiting for them to be made the issue was I paid for the parts and was then asked for more money. The confusion comes from the prices listed on your site being a suggestion even after you have checked out."

"Website is a bit dated but it works really well. Excellent selection. They are price competitive, some items can be found elsewhere cheaper but I like ordered everything from one place if I am able to. Ordered parts on a Sunday and had them delivered the Tuesday. items were packages very well, I received an email with tracking info. One of the items were larger and I guess they figured out a way to save some cost on shipping, they actually refunded me some of my shipping cost. Will definitely be ordered from them again in the future."

"I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! These people do not care about their customers what so ever, which amazes me how they have been in business for so long. I've made multiple orders from this company and the last one has finally made me leave, I'm absolutely disgusted with coustomer service. Every single time I have ordered parts from this store before there has always been an issue with parts being in-stock and available. I've received an email after every order saying at least one of the parts I ordered is out of stock and I'll have to wait another week or two to get it. Which with all monden computers and technology, absolutely baffles me how they can't change their website format to show when a part is no longer in stock, or that they are made to order, must be laziness on inventory and IT. Then, on top of that, they post prices on their website for the desired part you need, you order it and get a confirmation email, all at the cost you and your customer see (my case). Then they send another email telling you the prices are more than they have posted and you'll have to pay more. This is all after I have received a confirmation saying what time I placed the order and what price i'd be paying. How do I become liable for prices not being changed on YOUR website for YOUR company? I told the lady that I was not responsible for the increase in charge and would still like the part as I had ordered, she cancelled my order on me. Really nice how they handle there customers and run such a chaotic mess. Never will I ever do business with this company again, very obviously they do not care much about their customers or their business."
