"We went to Jackson hewitt last year and had an amazing experience. This year however was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! DEBORAH CHAPMAN should be fired. She was so rude and didn't listen to anything we put down. Not to mention she robbed us of 6000 dollars. We didn't receive our child tax credit and she put down that we did. My husband and I are also considered low income she didn't put that down. When SHE also realized she made a mistake she got annoyed and disrespectful towards us. When I asked to talk to whoever was in charge she gave us the number to I believe bill, he was also unprofessional. Never will I go back."
