"Terrible experience with this company. We called and they said come whenever you want to get pallets. We have lots and you can take as many as you want. We go there, they make us wait to talk to someone, then they say take whatever you want. We go out back and load up our trailer. We are loading the last pallet and a guy comes out and says " you have to put all of them back, you took the ones we use. This is the pile that is ours. " What a waste of our time and energy! All the rest that wasn't in HIS pile were firewood, just trash. This company is a joke. I can't believe they would do this to someone. If you have a special pile, you should have shown it to us in the first place."
