"Poor customer service. I was quoted one price on the phone then was told that the items were misquoted after i sent someone to pick up. Almost 2 hr drive. The rep told me that the supervisor, Jennifer, was busy. After putting me on hold for a few minutes he told me that the supervisor was in a meeting... then he told me there was no supervisor over him. When I hung up I IMMEDIATELY called back and guess who answered ? Jennifer Smh... you can’t make this stuff up. Dishonest practices will always show themselves."
