"The process with Benchmark has been positive. The HomeBot is an awesome tool. The recommendations and informative talks with Mr. Clayton have been beneficial for me. The only down side is the loan was “sold” to another company less that two year into it. I wanted to only work with Benchmark and I find it disappointing that I have to work with another company now that couldn’t care less about me or how I’m doing. Mr. Clayton and his team will help you get started and so far, for me at least, have stayed in contact even though I was forced to deal with a company I did not pick or know about prior to learning they own the loan now.
