"Depends on what machine Jason puts you on. but I'm not going to run 700+ parts on multiple machines in a hot facility with no ac and one small fan blowing hot air everyday. Then you have 10 mins breaks that you have to be back on the line immediately, so basically you cannot even take your full 10 break nor 30 mins lunch unless you leave break early just to get back on your line on time. Terminate you if you don't meet there production also you have to restock your own line as well. Bending and picking up those heavy metal parts in a plastic crate all day will have you exhausted after 12hrs 6 days a week. Had seen people literally limp out the building after shift was over. Going to have to find me another job soon because I'm not going to work even harder everyday just to meet my production everyday. To many chiefs and not enough Indians on 1st shift. Also stay alway from Jason as much as possible. Very predijuice. He will literally watch you work and if you not meeting his "standards" and do it his way he will literally tell you to speed up or your going to get terminated if you wanna last out here. Update: Had to find another job. Was only there for 2 1/2 weeks. Ran about 6 different machines during my time there and if you get done early with one they'll put you on another one. Had to go."
