"The online parts section is poorly managed. 2 times updates where not given. One time tried to ship parts when I did not pay or ask to be shipped. When I arrived to pick up said parts they were not there. The counter personal were great in helping and found my parts at another location. Second order I did through parts department on phone had to place order online again different website though to process payment. 5 days go by I call and send a person to check on them to see a status on my order it was once again a long way of tracking down my parts. It took 7 days to get a email after making several calls to locate my parts. The email Consisted of false statements saying we have been in contact ect ect ect. Finally after 9 days I get a tracking number and a email saying They have shipped. In which they have not shipped at all. Just a label request. Do yourself a favor go in and talk to someone at the counter DO NOT USE ONLINE…"

"Service guys on the other hand, super poor service, after getting super poor service again & again just traded the car in for other brand. 1st time turned it it for service they took it for a joy ride up to 108 mph & gave it back dirty inside. 2nd time I turned in car for idle issue, they charged me for service which didn't fix the issue & told me car will do that after the fact, Car was bought New & was only 18 months old & always serviced by them. 3rd time they made the idle issue better, but charged me for tire rotation which I didn't mind paying, but later found out when they lifted the car up to do so they bend the back driver side inner fender flap & didn't even tell me. If I buy another Subaru, will mostly drive extra time to another dealership. Service writers are nice, but the service guys are the problem."
