"I put two stars because I ordered a part online that said that will be ready in an hour but that wasn’t the case I was driving from a long ways. I’m glad I called before and I was told the inventory wasn’t correct. Got there the next day in the morning, and my part still wasn’t ready for me. But eventually, I got it just seem like a lot of confusion going on."

"This review is for Oscar. My driver’s side headlight went out and I was unable to get the cap off of the light. He put the time and effort into getting the cap off and replacing the light. He didn’t complain once and it took a while for what should’ve been a simple job. I want to give him his flowers. I couldn’t have asked for better help or service. I am so grateful!!"

"Well.. they were all kinds of stupid! The blind leading the blind! And the customer is always the one who suffers!! When I walked into the store there wasn't a soul to be found! I had to start 'hog callin' to see if there was anyone in the building. Then.... an old blonde woman came slowly walking up from the opposite side of the store, VERY UNFRIENDLY, pushing a cart. She looked like I was really bothering her! She didn't know how much she was bothering ME! I was buying one simple over-priced part that was greatly overpriced! A $3.00 part that she rang up for almost $19 !!!! She 'dumbed down' when I asked what the brand name. That's when she got annoyed. She kept repeating the Part Number!! To make a Very long story short, I returned the part a short time later, and again, no one at the front counter! Then, a young guy came out, and was pleasant. Turns out he didnt know how to do Returns, and another guy came out to 'kind of' help him. They wasted 30 minutes of my time, when it shouldve taken no more than 10 minutes.. max! Then there was another man working on a SUV.. right smack dab near the front door of O'Reilly! O'Reillys regularly hires ex- law breakers, hence the personality disorders and high turnover rates of their employees, in all or most of their stores. One of their workers actually told me that."

"I love one on one service. The young man explained and answered Alll my questions plus made suggestions that worked for me, and all while he checked my fluids. Great Customer Service."

"Really disappointed at my experience at this O’Reillys. After having gone to three other ones to find a part of me just my vehicle one of which I was told had if I didn’t so then I came to this one just to have the cashier Susan be very rude and short with me as if I was bothering her by going there. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again if they’re not happy with their jobs or they’re not happy with where they are they need to leave the job someone else that does want to job and can be nicer to customer spending their money there can get a job. Shes left a sour taste in my mouth for O’Reillys. Very disappointing."
