"Honestly, worst experience with this branch this year. Last year, I had absolutely no problem with the guy that serviced me. If you all plan on going, DO NOT go to PHYLLIS. She is unprofessional and will have you paying a lot more than you should. She left a bunch of paperwork out and now wants me to pay for it. She hung up on me as I was speaking because now she wants me to pay extra and I did not agree with it. She WILL speak over you. The manager, Kimberly, is no better. Extremely rude and unprofessional! If I didn’t have any sense, I’d go back in there and act a fool but I have a little more sense than the staff. Please do your research before going to these people. Save yourself the stress. I WILL be calling corporate and if it needs further action, I will take it."
