I have bank with this bank over 20 years and wanted to me charge $30 to get a card faster. I think they should have waive that fee for me for being a long term customer. There are banks that can make you a new card in the bank you don't have to wait for the mail. They are behind time in that area of banking. They need to catch up on technology. They also close to early."
