"Got some work done at a different location less than a week ago and needed someone to look at my tires. I was nonchalantly told their Mechanic was off today and no one could look at it. Didn’t seem like he cared or wanted to serve me so I went elsewhere."

"I came in for an oil change and a vehicle inspection. It was to take 15-20 mins for them to take my car back and 45 mins to provide services according to one of the guys at the register. I arrived at around 12:15 and left the store for about 35 mins only to come back and my car still be out front. When I asked why no one had taken my car to the back yet and how much longer it would take the tech to do so, I was told by a 2nd man that if I’m in a rush I can always go to another store. I told him that I was going based on the time that was given me when I walked into the store. Rude and passive aggressive. The 1st guy came back out and gave me a time estimate. I sat down to wait and then once they were done with services, gave me a quote of about $2.5 thousand dollars. It was roughly $1300 to fix all 4 tires. According to him they were about to split and would be beneficial for me to get them fixed on that day. I made a phone call and decided I would go someplace else. The first guy was now telling me I could take off the 2 worst tires and replace them, then come back and slowly fix all of the issues one at a time. After I took a moment to assess the situation, I decided to pay for the initial services only (oil change and vehicle inspection). He finally checked me out at the register (for some reason it was taking him forever as if I was to change my mind). After paying, I was told my vehicle would be out shortly. After minutes of waiting for my vehicle, I noticed it was taking too long and decided to walk over to the garage side only to find the technician sitting, on his phone with AirPods in. The moment he saw me, he then decided to get up and lower my vehicle from the mount. At this point, I felt like I was being played with. I then took my vehicle to a trusted source after speaking with a guy friend of mine. The mechanic checked my tires and said I could still use my tires for the next 3 months and that there was nothing wrong with them at all. The other guys at Tires Plus lied to me and tried to take advantage of a situation instead of just having integrity and not just trying to make sales. I will no longer be coming to this location to get my vehicle serviced and I would suggest that anyone else, especially if you’re a young lady to get a 2nd/3rd opinion to ensure you make the right decision."

"Stay away! I will never return here. The employees were rude including the district manager. Also the prices are way too high. They need to clean up the place with the extra money they’re charging customers ."
