"Everytime I come to this particular store there is always one person working. You can see the frustration on their faces as they try to help each customer. Today I came in there was one man helping 5 customers. I waited because I too know how it feels to be behind that counter. I work for FD. He left for like 10mins and a elderly woman came to help us she took me to the back to look for my photos which I didn't get (my fault not theres) I just hope that you will employ more ppl to help out in the Photo Center"

"I ordered 1-hour photo greeting cards at 9:55 AM. I arrived at 12:25 PM to pick them up. No one was in the photo lab. Several associates walked by and ignored me. Finally a young lady walked by and asked if I had been helped. After I told her no, she called a manager. The manager was helpful but did not know how to work the photo equipment so she called someone else. The young lady she called said that the computer still said “working” and couldn’t give me a timeframe of when my 1-hour photos would be ready. Finally after I was on the other side of town and after I complained to their corporate office, hours later, I got the notification that my stuff was ready. Never again."
