"After over a decade of doing business with German Auto they were recently bought out by SSF and are now "too big to care". They have decided that they no longer deliver to us, a shop 4 miles away that orders thousands of dollars in parts, but when I pull up to will call I see delivery drivers loading their cars with small to medium sized orders addressed to my competitors over 10 to 15 miles away! If you have to talk to anyone is sales or customer service outside the Atlanta office you will be met with incompetence and apathy! They simply don't know how to solve problems. Worldpac Worldpac Worldpac!!! There is nothing you can't get from Worldpac that you would have to put up with SSF for! Worldpac's prices are better and they will deliver a $2 part to you at 4 in the afternoon with a smile! If you are a shop owner and considering doing business here just know you will have to jump through hoops for the displeasure of doing business with SSF whereas Worldpac and many dealerships local to you are making if faaaar more economical and professional to do business with them instead."
