When calling in I wait on hold for hours sometimes before someone actually answers the phone. They either send me to another department that goes to a full voicemail box, or they tell me someone will call me back. Of course I never get a call back. I guess my only option is to drive over there and cause a stink at the parts counter."
"We stop by here for an oil change. They told us that it would takes 45 minutes to an hour. Okay sound good. It took them 2 and a half hours! I understand that it can get busy but be honest with us! I could have just drop off the car and come back later but because they told us about 45 minutes to an hour we got stuck there for 2 and half hours! Wasting people time is unacceptable!
