"Stay away from this company - they are a wolf in sheeps clothing. They were really nice in the beginning and I gave them a deposit of $1,270.00, never used their service - they did no work; I then asked for a refund of my deposit and of course you know the rest - they refused. They claim they help small businesses like mine but if you take money that is badly needed, that is clearly not helping. Here is the response I received on my refund request . . . "Please refer to Section 6 of your contract with us which addresses termination of the contract. Clients have 15 days to cancel their contract with us in order to have all remaining fee payments suspended, however, no refunds will be given on amounts already paid. Looking back on your account, you did not terminate the contract within the 15 day timeframe but we elected not to pursue our remaining fees as a courtesy to you". Although this is mostly true, the problem is they did nothing to earn the deposit but somehow ethically they write the contract strictly based on forcing you to use their services after the initial deposit which means you have to use them and pay the remaining fees although no work was done other than telling you over the phone about how good they are in working with creditors so you can run your business. I like the part of their response . . . "Looking back on your account, you did not terminate the contract within the 15 day timeframe but we elected not to pursue our remaining fees as a courtesy to you". WOW - "a courtesy to me" and no work was done. Typical fast talking lawyers who are ruining small businesses and families. Obviously I am too small to deal with them and they know it. So the bottom line is they don't earn money the old fashion way, but instead they take your money. You have been warned, don't use them."
