"Always great people at Fayetteville, Ford"
"Currently a 2 star until someone can make the situation right and communicate properly. I was having an issue with my audio, so I brought it up to the shop on a Tuesday for diagnoses. I payed for the diagnoses and the said my ACM would be ordered and in by the following Tuesday. Following Tuesday comes around, before heading up I called and asked if my part was in and should I still show up to have it replaced. I was told yes over the phone. Called out of work showed up, sat for 2 hours just for them to tell me the part was not in. Now I’ve lost time and money because I’ve called out of work and sat there just to have my car parked. Someone was slacking. Following Monday comes around and I’m calling from 4PM until 5:30 to see if my part is in. They can’t get in contact with my service tech, so the parts manager checks and says no it’s not in. And that the tech decided to leave early after my 5th phone call. It’s now Tuesday morning as I’m heading to work and I call again just to verify and I was told on the phone that they did not see my part come in AND the tech still wasn’t in yet. After hanging up, 10 seconds later I get another phone call saying the part IS in and that if I can’t get the car in by 10 I would have to wait until NEXT Tuesday. This is unbelievable. I’m doing my due diligence but they are not and it’s unfair because it’s cost me time and money and peace of my own mind. And the manager of the service department is not picking up the phone either. I do not see myself recommending business here as of now. UPDATE: after all those calls I got in contact with the manager of the service shop FINALLY. And he did everything with his power to rectify this issue. My car did not get fixed because the underlying issue alot more complex but Chris (I believe is his name) with the damaged leg was very helpful and considerate. I’m glad he understood my frustration and even offered to give me rides to and from home while I waited on my vehicle. Changed my rating to a 4 star."
"They have done a complete 180 from the old management. This used to be Alan Vigil. Awful. Garbage place. Got into a fight with a service manager over a $5 oil filter. I have since brought my families business back and have had nothing but a good experience. Service- truck oils change mid day, in and out in 25 minutes. And they tell you when you’re done. Not leave you in the room for an hour while your vehicle has been finished. Sales- great experience. Well informed staff and not pushy. Will be back."
