"Mrs. Edwards prepared my taxes for the 1st time last year and I was a little concerned that they would be submitted on time (filed late ext.) but there were. However, she did mention that I would receive a letter with a penalty fee which I did. Mrs. Edwards stated, once I receive the letter to send it to her and she will respond to the IRS to have it waived. I emailed her the letter, followed up and left 3 messages, followed up again with a phone call. She finally responded by email and said she would email the IRS and put the letter in the portal once that was done. I checked back in a week but there was no letter. I followed up last week with an email stating my disappointment to see if this issue could be resolved. I ended up having to contact the IRS myself because to this day, nothing. I am taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend her services!!! Very unprofessional!!!!"
