Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"One of the worst bank in the world is this.I will move my all account to any other bank. Only the name of bank is good as America. Close and sit at home stop bothering people around you."

"I went in to cash a money order and came out with an unnecessary checking account. Regardless of any miscommunication that could have happened during the conversations, I clearly stated to the teller that I wanted to cash my money order. So obviously I had intentions on having the money immediately available. She explained that I would need to have an account with them, but that I would then be able to cash out my money order after everything was said and done. I had other matters to tend to and wanted the money available to me so I figured, " I'm already here and I could possibly find another use for this account." I wrongly assumed that the teller communicated the very important piece of information that I wanted the money immediately available to me, so after everything was said and done with the account manager I'll call her since I don't know her technical title, Misty I believe her name was, she tells me it would overall be roughly 8 days before the full amount would be available in my newly acquired account. I'll simply assume the teller that initially helped me was lacking knowledge regarding cashing money orders because the other option is that she purposely misled me just to get someone to open an account with them. I kept thinking that I could still potentially find something useful with the account, just so I'd get something out of this pointless experience so I went ahead and opened it. Bank of America offers absolutely nothing that I couldn't already get at my other bank at a better value and this branch location specifically was a genuine waste of time. If I could rate dark stars, they would get 5 pitch black stars for this unnecessary service. I could definitely add more content regarding my frustration, but this review is quite extensive as it is."

"One star is too much. Bank of America is not user friendly, and the customer service is terrible. The Vice President, Charles, would rather help older white ladies than anyone else because I guess he has some affinity for them, and he’s incompetent. They no longer issue temporary debit cards, so if you lose one you are SOL for 5-7 business days. Their fees are through the roof if you don’t have at least 20k in your account. In a word, they are an awful bank, and I am glad to be rid of them."

"I love Bank of America and especially love coming to the Newnan location. I have refinanced 2 of my cars with them and both of the representatives were awesome. Today I had Diana help me and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions, informed me about my advantages with my cash rewards credit card and helped me refinance my car in a short amount of time. I’m so happy to have BOA as my bank. They make everything so simple with just the mobile app. Thank you Diana for your amazing help today."

"Bank of america is the biggest scam this nation has to offer, absolutely zero customer service, they're lazy and never open to the blue collar worker that gets home after 5. The worst part is, I've been trying to shut down my account since Christmas. I ordered three debit cards and never received one! That's the reason I'm leaving this dumpster of a bank. Absolute trash all the way around. Would never recommend this bank to anyone and anyone who currently banks with BOA, I encourage them to leave as they will get screwed in the future."
