"I arrived in urgent need of assistance but when I walked inside one was working. There was only a lady sitting un her car outside who Said "she'll be back in a minute." I asked if "she" was in the back or something & the lady said "no, she had to go grab something but she'll be back in a minute." I waited over 10 minutes but no one showed. My needs were time sensitive so l left empty handed."
